Strictly No entry into the festival grounds without a valid ticket

Children under 6 are admitted free if accompanied by a paying adult but MUST have an admission ticket of their own, these can be obtained free of charge when purchasing your tickets through The Ticket factory, Ticketmaster or any of our approved outlets.

ALL Children 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult

There is no right of exit and re-entry, once you’re in, you’re in!

You are permitted to bring food into the festival site, however picnic blankets & baskets, disposable BBQ’s or similar materials are not permitted into the arena, a carrier bag with your food and soft drinks is more than sufficient. There is a limited space available in the venue and we simply cannot allow people to create small areas for themselves which inhibits other patrons view of the show.

You are permitted to bring Water and Soft Drinks into the festival site but they must be in collapsible plastic or cardboard containers of not more than 1 litre in size. No glass bottles or cans will be permitted.

STRICTLY no alcohol is permitted to be brought into the festival grounds, this policy will be strictly enforced, your bags may be searched on entry and prohibited items confiscated or entry refused

There are a number of catering outlets available for you on site together with licensed bars selling a range of alcoholic and soft drinks

Due to capacity issues, and for the enjoyment and comfort of all our guests, folding chairs and stools are not permitted into the venue. this policy WILL be strictly enforced. If you have a registered disability and are unable to stand or sit on the ground then you may register for a spot on the disabled viewing platform where seating is provided.
